Bonnie "Prince" Billy - Beware

Our favorite folk singer Bonnie "Prince" Billy ready to release another big album of him "Beware".

Some blogs seem to like the upcoming Bonnie Prince, "Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy will release his “biggest and most ambitious album,” Beware on March 16th via Domino Records." Muzzle of Bees.

There are amazing moments on the album like songs "My Life's Work", “I Am Goodbye" and "I Don't Belong To Anyone". It's been almost another "I See Darkness". The closing track proves that Bonnie "Prince" Billy will make satisfied music fans once again.

Ok, here it comes the opener track, i will remove this later. you can also watch some of him music videos at Dragcity.

February Playlist Sample

I thought I’d share part of my current playlist. There’s new and old here, but they’re all favorites.

Anavan- BOOM (This is my current favorite song. It’s crazy danceable. It’s off Anavan’s new album ‘Cover Story’)

The Books- Cello Song (a new favorite from the excellent compilation ‘Dark Was The Night’, a 2-disc benefit album featuring a real who’s-who list of indie bands. If you want it, buy it and support AIDs prevention. Get more info and sample some songs here at Dark Was The Night’s MySpace page.)

Setting Sun- How Long (I just got Setting Sun’s 2008 album ‘Children of the Wild’, and I’m really enjoying it. It’s kind of a strange album, with folk blending into synthesizers at times, and very beat oriented. ‘Overjoyed’ has to be my favorite song, but this one is good too.)

Willowfair- Shadow (So quiet, so beautiful. More of Willowfair’s work can be downloaded free at Noisetrade.com)

Royksopp- Happy Up Here (Brand new single from Royksopp. Really catchy, incredibly fun. Listen here: Happy Up Here. *Update- I found the official video. The sound is so much better*

Great Northern- The Middle (Great Northern’s 2007 album ‘Trading Twilight for Daylight’ is amazing.)

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - It's Blitz!

Punkkkk! YYY returns with both new single and album. It's Blitz is the third studio album of New York based punk rock band. Believe me, Yeah Yeah Yeah sounds quite crazy. First single is named "Zero" reminds their songs from "Fever to Tell" album. That album has a lot of great song, including their the oddest song "Date with the Night". It's Blitz! combines dance, rock and punk, and it sounds great.

Cabaret Voltaire - Kora! Kora! Kora! (2009)

The seminal, electronic, art-rock experience from Sheffield known as Cabaret Voltaire is poised to inflict audio-visual carnage across designated areas of the world and its solar system once again.

Drownned In Sound shares an article
It’s not all that often that a remix album is significantly more important than the album that spawned it but given that Kora are an inoffensive Kiwi rock/reggae band and Cabaret Voltaire were, along with Throbbing Gristle, pioneers of the early electronic dance sound that came to be known as Industrial, Kora! Kora! Kora! more than qualifies.
and it continues, read rest of it.

this music is so cool.
